I'm not sure if this is the exact way he plays it, but it's how I do it, and I think it works:

Tuning: DGCFAD (step and a half down from normal)

The verses aren't really played with chords, it's just a repeated high note with a moving bass line, played
like this. I want to write this out as chords though, so I will refer to the timing of the changing bass
note as follows (see below the tab):
