This should be pretty accurate, as I used a music sheet from musicnotes.com (I confess - I can't play sheet music anymore, those tabs made me a weak sausage), cut off the bass using a midi editor, then converted the midi into a tab using Power Tab Editor and fixed a few notes manually and cut a few chords.
